PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP OUR COSTS DOWN
How? By ordering at least 2 drawers of any size…when you can. Let me explain. When you open any door of your kitchen cabinets, you see 2 shelves…both the same size. So to equip a given cabinet position with sliding shelves, you are eventually going to need 2 sliding shelves.
But, you say, I only want one sliding shelf to try it. But, it costs us virtually the same to ship one drawer as two. And, we have designed our boxes to hold either one or two drawers of the same size. And, we have a 100% refund, free return program…so it matters not to us whether you return one sliding shelf or two…the cost to us is the same. And, we find 99.9% of people who order one, come back and order more. So, by ordering just one sliding shelf, it costs us an extra box plus a second shipping charge.
This does not mean we are asking you to always order an even number of drawers. If you have a pantry that has 5 drawers…order 5 drawers…not a problem.
This is just a little thing that helps keep our costs down…which in turn helps keep our prices down.
